ARTICLE 1. Career and Vocational Education Programs

Amended by Stats. 2008, Ch. 179, Sec. 66. Effective January 1, 2009.

It is the intent of the Legislature that local educational agencies may use any state or local special education funds for approved vocational programs, services, and activities to satisfy the excess cost-matching requirements for receipt of federal vocational education funds for individuals with exceptional needs.
