ARTICLE 3. Licensed Children’s Institutions

For purposes of this article, a “skilled nursing facility” shall have the same meaning as specified in Section 1250 of the Health and Safety Code, and shall be under contract with the State Department of Health Services to provide pediatric subacute care.
