Education Code § 63001

CHAPTER 1. Expenditure for Direct Services to Pupils

A school district that, in a fiscal year, receives an apportionment for a program specified in Section 63000 shall use no less than 85 percent of that apportionment at schoolsites for direct services to pupils.
