ARTICLE 3. Disposition of Records, Funds, Property, and Obligations When Reorganized

Notwithstanding any provisions of this article, exchanges of property tax revenues between districts as a result of reorganization shall be determined pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 99 of the Revenue and Taxation Code.
