Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 572, Sec. 1. (SB 330) Effective January 1, 2022. Repealed as of January 1, 2033, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 17, commencing with Section 81560.

This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2033, and as of that date is repealed.
