ARTICLE 4. Evaluations and Discipline

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

A governing board may impose one of the following penalties:

(a) Suspension for up to one year.

(b) Suspension for up to one year and a reduction or loss of compensation during the period of suspension.
