Education Code § 88263
ARTICLE 9. Assumption by County Superintendent of Schools of the Operation of a Community College District’s Data Processing Center
No employee transferred from community college district service pursuant to this article to a position, the salary of which is paid from the county school service fund, shall suffer any loss of salary at the time of transfer, or as to the future as it relates to his or her status on the salary scale of the county superintendent of schools in effect at that time.
