Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 430, Sec. 1. (AB 3087) Effective January 1, 2025. Repealed as of January 1, 2030, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Part 52.5, commencing with Section 88600.

This part shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2030, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2030, deletes or extends that date.
