Education Code § 89008

The trustees shall prescribe rules and regulations governing the use of state-owned or leased motor vehicles by employees of the California State University. The rules shall include the remedies of assessing actual costs of misuse of state-owned or leased motor vehicles, and employee discipline under Section 89535.
