CHAPTER 4.4. Center To Close Achievement Gaps

Added by Stats. 2019, Ch. 53, Sec. 24. (SB 77) Effective July 1, 2019.

(a) The provisions of this chapter shall be operative only upon appropriation by the Legislature in the annual Budget Act or in another statute for this purpose.

(b) For purposes of this chapter, “local educational agency” means a school district, county office of education, or charter school.
