CHAPTER 4.8. California State University, Stanislaus: Reuse of Stockton Development Center

(a) The trustees, the Department of General Services, the Department of Finance, and the City of Stockton shall prepare a long-term feasibility study regarding the reuse of the site. The study shall include consideration of the state resources necessary to develop the site in the future. The study shall be completed by September 1, 2000.
