ARTICLE 3. State Police Services

Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 305, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1997.

The trustees shall not be charged or otherwise assessed for Department of the California Highway Patrol services to the chancellor’s office or any state facility under the control of the chancellor’s office, except for those patrol services requested by the trustees.
