Education Code § 92407

ARTICLE 1. General Provisions

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

“Regents” means the existing corporation known as “the Regents of the University of California,” as such corporation is constituted by the provisions of Section 9 of Article IX of the Constitution.
