Education Code § 92430

ARTICLE 2. Powers of Regents

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

In addition to, and in amplification of, all other powers conferred upon the regents by the Constitution or by any statute of this state, the regents shall have all of the powers set forth in this article.
