Education Code § 92620

ARTICLE 3. Employment of Women

Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 758, Sec. 278. Effective January 1, 1996.

It is the intent of the Legislature that the Regents of the University of California shall eliminate all policies that detrimentally and unreasonably affect the employment status of females hired by the university.
