Elections Code § 10514

PART 4. UNIFORM DISTRICT ELECTION LAW

Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.

The qualifications of a candidate for elective office, and of an elective officer, of a district shall be determined by the principal act of that district.
