Elections Code § 15600

ARTICLE 1. General Provisions

Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.

Except as provided in this chapter, this chapter applies to all elections. The recount of votes cast for candidates for presidential electors shall be governed by this chapter.
