Elections Code § 21540

CHAPTER 6.4. County of Riverside Citizens Redistricting Commission

Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 403, Sec. 1. (AB 1307) Effective January 1, 2023.

As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a) “Board” means the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside.

(b) “Commission” means the Citizens Redistricting Commission in the County of Riverside established pursuant to Section 21542.

(c) “Immediate family member” means a spouse, child, in-law, parent, or sibling.
