CHAPTER 6.7. County of Fresno Citizens Redistricting Commission

Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 407, Sec. 1. (AB 2030) Effective January 1, 2023.

There is, in the County of Fresno, a Citizens Redistricting Commission. In the year following the year in which the decennial federal census is taken, the commission shall adjust the boundary lines of the supervisorial districts of the board in accordance with this chapter.
