CHAPTER 9. Pesticide Dealer Designated Agent

Amended by Stats. 1993, Ch. 620, Sec. 22. Effective January 1, 1994.

Every licensed pest control dealer designated agent who changes his or her address shall immediately notify the director of the new address.
