Food and Agricultural Code § 14928

“Drug” means any substance which is intended, or represented, for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease in any animal, and any other substance, except feed, which is intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of any animal.
