ARTICLE 6. Emergency Standards, Containers, Color Classifications, and Markings

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

Any emergency standard may be amended, suspended, or rescinded upon notice and hearing pursuant to the same procedure as is provided for the establishment of such standard.
