Food and Agricultural Code § 33482

The regulations, plans, and specifications may be varied to suit the climatic and other differences in the various sections of the state. If regulations, plans, and specifications have been adopted or established by the director, they are the standard building requirements of all market milk dairy farms which are operating in the same geographical area of the state.
