ARTICLE 8. Licensing of Testers, Samplers and Weighers, Technicians, and Pasteurizers

Every person who tests any milk or cream purchased, received, or sold on the basis of the nonfat milk solids contained in it shall hold a nonfat milk solids tester’s license.
