ARTICLE 5. Wine Grape Inspection Advisory Committee

Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 319, Sec. 9. Effective January 1, 1993.

The committee shall not recommend and the director shall not utilize, an entity a majority of whose officers and employees are persons regulated by this chapter.
