Food and Agricultural Code § 4482

CHAPTER 4. Deposit and Expenditure

Any expenditure shall be made pursuant to a budget which is submitted to the Department of Food and Agriculture and approved by the Department of Finance pursuant to Sections 13320 to 13324, inclusive, of the Government Code.
