Food and Agricultural Code § 4501

CHAPTER 5. Department of Food and Agriculture Supervision

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

The department shall prescribe regulations for both of the following:

(a) The judging of exhibits.

(b) The maximum amount of premiums which may be offered and paid for all classes, sections, and types of exhibits.
