Food and Agricultural Code § 5304

ARTICLE 1. General Provisions

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

The proclamation shall be signed in duplicate. The original shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of State and a copy in the office of the department before the regulation takes effect.
