ARTICLE 7. Investigations and Hearings

Amended by Stats. 1993, Ch. 187, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1994.

If a hearing is called by the director, the director shall cause a copy of the complaint, together with a notice of time and place of hearing of the complaint, to be served personally or by mail upon that person. Service shall be made at least 10 days before the hearing.
