Food and Agricultural Code § 69065

ARTICLE 5. Implementation and Voting Procedures

Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 727, Sec. 37. Effective January 1, 1996.

If the secretary finds that a favorable vote has been given as provided in Section 69062, the secretary shall certify and give notice of the favorable vote to all producers whose names and addresses may be on file with the secretary.
