ARTICLE 4. Powers and Duties of the Commission

Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 514, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1995.

The commission and the secretary shall keep confidential and shall not disclose, except when required by court order in a judicial proceeding, all lists of producers in their possession.
