ARTICLE 4. Powers and Duties of the Commission

The commission may conduct, and contract with others to conduct, research, including the study, analysis, accumulation, and dissemination of information obtained from that research or otherwise, which the commission deems will or may benefit the health and welfare of honeybees and the beekeeping industry.
