Family Code § 3172

ARTICLE 2. Availability of Mediation

Repealed and added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 219, Sec. 116.87. Effective January 1, 1994.

Mediation shall not be denied to the parties on the basis that paternity is at issue in a proceeding before the court.
