ARTICLE 6. Community Action Programs

Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 46, Sec. 25. Effective January 1, 2008. Repealed conditionally as prescribed by Section 12790.

A community action agency or eligible entity shall not use any funds received under this article to replace discontinued state or local funding.
