CHAPTER 5. Greenhouse Gas Market-Based Compliance Mechanisms and Linkages to the State
Any contract with the Western Climate Initiative, Incorporated entered into in furtherance of the provisions in Sections 12894 and 12894.5 shall be considered a membership agreement and shall not be subject to Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 12100) of Part 2 of Division 2 of the Public Contract Code.
