Government Code § 13995.80

ARTICLE 8. Actions and Penalties

Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 229, Sec. 1.5. Effective January 1, 2004.

Any action for any penalty or other remedy that is prescribed under any provision of this chapter shall be commenced within three years from the date of the alleged violation.
