Government Code § 15027

ARTICLE 2. Organized Crime

The department’s functions concerning organized crime shall be divided among five programs as follows:

(a) Operations and training.

(b) Intelligence.

(c) Long-range intelligence research.

(d) Investigation.

(e) Prosecution.
