Government Code § 20097

ARTICLE 1. The Board of Administration

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1996.

The board shall maintain its office in the City of Sacramento. A quorum of the board is seven members. The board shall elect a president from its membership.
