Government Code § 21510

ARTICLE 1. General Provisions

Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 506, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 2005.

Any payment of benefits by warrant issued after the date of death of the benefit recipient shall be refunded to the retirement system.
