Government Code § 37460

ARTICLE 4. Veterans’ Homes

Amended by Stats. 2022, Ch. 379, Sec. 11. (AB 1715) Effective January 1, 2023.

As used in this article, “veteran” means a soldier, sailor, airman, guardian, or marine who has served the United States honorably in any of its wars.
