Government Code § 50837

ARTICLE 2. Organization, Powers, and Duties of the Board

The board shall make an annual report in June to the legislative body of the local agency. The report shall state:

(a) The condition of the fund.

(b) The receipts and disbursements on account of the fund.

(c) A list of the beneficiaries of the fund and the amounts paid them.
