CHAPTER 2. Definitions

Added by Stats. 1997, Ch. 911, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1998.

“Special reorganization” means a reorganization that includes the detachment of territory from a city or city and county and the incorporation of that entire detached territory as a city.
