CHAPTER 6. Elections

Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 761, Sec. 262. Effective January 1, 2001.

If the commission orders both a merger and the establishment of a subsidiary district, questions on each matter shall be printed on the ballot, one above the other. Immediately preceding the first question, there shall be printed in the words “Vote on both questions.”
