DIVISION 8. Downtown Revitalization and Economic Recovery Financing Districts

Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 642, Sec. 13. (AB 1445) Effective January 1, 2026.

(a) If a local government establishes a district pursuant to this division, it shall develop and submit an annual report to the relevant committees of the Legislature regarding the commercial-to-residential conversion projects financed by the district.

(b) The reports submitted pursuant to subdivision (a) shall be submitted in compliance with Section 9795.
