Government Code § 63025

ARTICLE 1. Creation of the Bank

Amended (as added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 94) by Stats. 1994, Ch. 749, Sec. 10. Effective January 1, 1995.

The bank board shall do the following:

(a) Adopt bylaws for the regulation of its affairs and the conduct of its business.

(b) Adopt an official seal.
