CHAPTER 3. Powers of the Bay Area Housing Finance Authority

Added by Stats. 2019, Ch. 598, Sec. 1. (AB 1487) Effective January 1, 2020.

The executive board and the authority shall not do either of the following:

(a) Regulate or enforce local land use decisions.

(b) Acquire property by eminent domain.
