ARTICLE 1. General Provisions

Added by Stats. 2008, Ch. 387, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 2009.

The authority may establish a community advisory committee to receive community and passenger recommendations related to consolidation and operational issues affecting existing and proposed water transportation services. The authority shall determine the composition of that committee.
