Government Code § 66540.35
ARTICLE 3. Facilities, Equipment, and Services
The authority may acquire, own, lease, construct, and operate water transportation vessels and equipment, including, but not limited to, real and personal property, equipment, and any facilities of the authority, except those facilities providing access to national parks.
