CHAPTER 3. San Francisco Bay Area Water Emergency Transportation Authority

Repealed and added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 734, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2008.

There is hereby established the San Francisco Bay Area Water Emergency Transportation Authority as a local governmental entity of regional government, with jurisdiction extending throughout the bay area region.
