Government Code § 77006

ARTICLE 1. General Provisions

Added by Stats. 1988, Ch. 945, Sec. 10. Effective September 16, 1988. Conditionally inoperative as provided in Section 77400.

As used in this chapter, “subordinate judicial officer” means a court commissioner or referee authorized by statute.
